OneDayOnly - worst customer service

I am at my wits end. After placing an order on 3 December, I still haven't received my full order and there is no other way of contacting OneDayOnly apart from by email which they are now ignoring. My order was shipped in 2 parts. The second part consisted of 2 beauty products of which one was incorrect as I ordered something else. When it was delivered I took a picture and immediately informed them by email if the incorrect product. This a week ago and I have received no reply at all. Shockin, shocking service.
