OneDayOnly - worst after-sales service ever!

Ordered and paid for a airfryer on 4 July. Received a broken airfryer - big crack across the entire one side with a large piece missing. Logged a return on 16 July and was repeatedly requested to send photos and videos of both the airfryer and the packaging (even the courier packaging, which I had to dig out the ******* bin). They eventually decided to come and collect the **** they sold me, but after a month I am yet to receive a refund. I have good reason to suspect that they sell store-rejects at discounted prices and will definitely not be buying from OneDayOnly again - worst after-sales service ever!
