OneDayOnly Very Unreliable

I bought a Morphy Richards 1200W 5.5L Food Fusion Kitchen Machine from OneDayOnly, turns out the machine was faulty, i contacted them to collect which they did 18th Jan, a week later i was told there is nothing wrong with the machine which i rep**** they should test the machine with some ingredients in it. To date i am still being told " we are waiting for a suppliers to reply". i am so tired of replying to the same emails. i requested for a refund and they are not budging . it is not for the first time this happened to me , OneDayOnly is very unreliable and they sell damaged goods.
