<p>Bought a jawbone as a Christmas present. To my embarrassment the device did not work. Emailed onedayonly to sort this out received a response 7 days later. Rep**** with a collection address and have not had feedback or a reply since this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have attached proof of the non existent assistance</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXACTLY WHY PEOPLE RATHER DO ONLINE SHOPPING WITH TAKEALOT AS THEY OFFER A MUCH BETTER SERVICE.</p>
