ONEDAYONLY- USELESS AND SHOCKING SERVICE

OneDayOnly has now had my 'brand new" phone for nearly 2 weeks and I still do not know what is happening. I have paid for it in full and I have had about 3 days use out of it. I have sent them about 6 e mails and they dont respond besides an automated response which actually means less than nothing. Terrible terrible service- be warned!!
