OneDayOnly the biggest online ****

I ordered humidifiers from them on the 23rd of December 2022 one of them was not working, I logged a return the very next day. It took over a week for the item to ce collect after numerous emails, they said the process will take 4-7 business days, it's been more than those days my emails are not answered. I just need to be refunded my money so that I can go buy elsewhere. How can it take over a month to check a faulty item and process a refund. Honestly OneDayOnly only takes its customers for granted and don't respect me.
