OneDayOnly TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased 2 Charlotte rhyse perfumes from onedayonly. They are definitely selling ****s. I opened the one and immediately complained that it was horrible and a ****. I was only allowed to return the unsealed bottle but not the opened one. How was I supposed to smell it without opening it!!!! I am now left with a perfume I cannot use.
