OneDayOnly taking forever

Purchased vouchers on 27 November, received on 1 on the 1st December.

On my follow-up I attached the invoice and clearly stated which beauty voucher had been received (Fat freeze) and which one was missing (HIFU). The agent who assisted me sent the same voucher (Fat freeze) I'd already received, I then responded to reiterate that it was a duplication., this was Monday. I have followed up, not response.
