OneDayOnly support and after sales is so bad. The Worst

I am a person who buys from OneDayOnly about every week. I have been waiting for an order fro more than 2 months now. I keep on complaining on their Web site and logging calls trying to get my delivery and updates, and am yet to find anything, get any response and even had to purchase more from them as the orders and Christmas presents has never arrived as planned. Order # ********** . All good when you get your order but once lost or no response, their is no ways to get anything at all, be it verbally, or mail??? SAD Very sad for such a great site. Hope and pray other people get their orders.
