Onedayonly spoils Christmas

<p>I ordered something from them on the 29th November 2016, expecting it to arrive on time for Christmas, delivery is only 5-10 working days after all.. I was wrong. After >6 emails to them and absolutely no response, my wife did not receive her Christmas present. In fact, a month and a half later, I still haven't received the package and I can't get hold of anyone to find out where it is!! </p> <p> </p> <p>On a separate issue, I bought my mom a beach chair for Christmas from the company. After one day of very normal use on the beach, the chair broke... needless to say, I am now red in the face with embarrasment. They really need to quality control the products they sell. I hope I get a replacement or a refund, but not even sure who to contact?!? </p>
