OneDayOnly service an absolute disgrace

OneDayOnly is a disgrace. They react immediately when you are ordering or paying. But when they mess up you are ignored. Ordered wine, was delivered. Was incorrect. I notified them, only got automated responses until I had a fit on their website. Suddenly I had 2 people contacting me. OneDayOnly successfully collected their incorrectly delivered wine on the 8th of July, I am still waiting for the correct ordered and paid for wine. I only get automated answers..... How does this company get away with such appalling behaviour? Order from OneDayOnly at your peril!
