Onedayonly ridiculous return policy

Never purchase on Onedayonly, they have a ridiculous return policy, I have bought headsets from them, only to find them faulty after weeks, I logged a return, they were collected after days of logging a return, I was never notified whether those headsets have reached them or not, I had to send an email and ask, after that they told me they have sent them to the supplier, after weeks they came back and said I have to arrange for tjose headsets to be returned to onedayonly...... What the hell is that, I was not even asking for a refund, but for the product to be exchanged. Fine those headsets were somehow delivered back to me, and I had to again arrange for them to fetch them, when I did they keep delaying collecting the damn headsets. I will never purchase anything on ONEDAYONLY ever again. Their customer service is appalling.
