OneDayOnly Returns are not "Easy Returns"

I have had 2 experiences now with returning or changing a product. There is no such thing as promised on their website - easy returns. You pay shipping fee when you buy the product and if it does not fit, you have to pay shipping fee again to return the product. I also bough a pair of shoes and realised I ordered the wrong size and requested a change within 10 minutes. After an hour I was sent an email that the order cannot be changed, as it is already being processed. They never process anything that fast!
