OneDayOnly return process is non-functioning

I have been email OneDayOnly constantly to enquire about a return. I am unable to get hold of them and they respond with their automated email that someone will get back to me. This has now already been a month and no feedback. Why can the return process not be as seamless as Takealot? Why are you making it impossible to return an item?
