ONEDAYONLY - Products are terrible!

I recently purchased four shelves from you that were meant to be interlocking metal 5 tier shelves. First of all they came with NO instructions and I had to google how they are meant to be put together. Secondly they are made so badly that the pieces do not interlock and I have to try and use a *****driver to make it fit in the slots, the metal is also so cheap that it bends when I use the rubber mallet for assembly. I want an immediate refund (and I will not be paying for return shipping as I have been **** to) and for the shelves to be collected so that I can purchase elsewhere. How do I go about this? My order number is: #*** I already waited TWO weeks fo the shelves so would like this resolved immediately.
