OneDayOnly Poor Service and Non-Delivery

I placed an order on the 5th of December that stated a 10 day delivery period. Eventually only part of the order was delivered and no response is given to to my email queries.

So now I have paid for something that I have ordered timeously and have not received it in time for Christmas. I am also not getting feedback from OneDayOnly on what the status is.

I have ordered from them before, but events like this make me believe that I should rather not use them again to prevent frustration and disappointment. Rather stick to the well known retailers like Takealot.
