Onedayonly poor service and item still missing

Ordered two carpets on this plateform. Only one arrived but was damaged. Everytime I queried the other item they tell me the system shows it was delivered. Somehow someone split the order and the other carpet was sent back to the warehouse. Now it a struggle to get information out of them where the other carpet is and when I can expect to receive it. Customer service does not respond so hopefully the CEO can read this and help.
