OneDayOnly - poor service

I made a purchase on the 9th of December 2021. On the 22nd of December I was informed via email that the product was no longer available. How can a company advertise an item, let the sale go through and then 2 weeks later inform you that the product it not available. I will not be making any further purchases from this company.
