Onedayonly Poor Customer Service

Most unsatisfied service I`ve ever experience. I`ve place an order with one day only and the quality of the product is just unacceptable, really bad. I`ve lodged the query with one day only but it`s now almost a month with no response. Hows that for customer service, unacceptable.
