OneDayOnly Pathetic after sales service

Pathetic after sales service. Orderd a Ecoflow river pro on 5 Jan not even 2 weeks later it was not working booked return on their system received email no feedback checked my order booked return again. Got msg will contact supplier waited again with no feedback. After saying I am going to post review on their services I got feedback and mail that stated it will be picked up 26 Jan. Phoned courier with track nr for pickup they know nothing of it doesn't even show on their system. Msg OneDayOnly again o sorry we will arrange pickup again. In the meantime I am working from home and loadshedding is killing me. #OneDayOnly #EcoFlow
