OneDayOnly pathetic after sales service

I purchased items in December and was really impressed with the service, however I am now trying to return 1 of the items due to size issues. I have sent 3 request without reply, you cant phone them because they don't supply a contact number. Seems to me quick to take your money but no interest there after despite having a customer friendly returns policy. I guess its just to gain customers but actually false.
