OneDayOnly Pathetic after sales service

The after-sales service from this company is shocking, to say the least. Not only did they send me a used item (item should have been brand new), they also don't respond to the return I logged with them. It's been 3 weeks without proper action. I can just imagine how long it will take to receive the refund. #Pathetic service #Un-ethical
