OneDayOnly or OneDayInTheFarFutureYouMightReceiveYourItem....OrNot

Ordered an item on 16 April 2021. Estimated delivery 5 - 10 working days. On 30 April (10 working days later) I emailed asking why my item has not even shipped yet. Received an email stating that they are having problems with their supplier. On 5 May I receive an email stating that my item has been shipped. On 6 May they then say that the item is no longer available and offered me an exchange or refund option.

Worse service I have ever received while shopping online. Would not recommend it to anyone.
