<p>I placed my order on the 30 Jan, received my product on the 06 Feb, I sent an email to the customer services email address because I wanted to return the product (these are the instructions as per the return procedure). Its already the 16 Feb and I haven't heard anything back yet.</p> <p>Their is no number to contact.</p> <p>I am so annoyed, no correction I am actually F@CKED OFF, I am a regular customer and be sure they wont receive another dime from me and I will spread the word of their pathetic after-sale service.</p> <p> </p>
