OneDayOnly Offers REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I bought an X96 Mini Android Netflix Compatible TV Media Box from one day only offers MY issues:

android version: outdated (unable to update) installed apps: outdated (unable to update) keyboard remote: works only when plugged in

this basically makes the X96 useless,

I then sent a request for one day only offers to collect the X96 for a refund or at least offer to update the device, but it's been nearly 2 weeks with no actual response from the company to remedy the issue, I received an automated response but no human interaction from them has been received which displays a no care attitude towards your clients.

as a loyal customer, I am highly disappointed with their customer service and now JUST WANT A REFUND!!!
