OneDayOnly Offers - Poor Customer Service.

I contacted Customer Service Last Week Friday to inform them that the wrong products had been delivered to me and I have not have a response. I then sent another message yesterday and again this morning and it is like sending communication into Cyberspace. I have been a loyal supporter of One Day Only Offers and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication from them. They are fantastic to deal with when the orders arrive on time but it appears the company is not interested in dealing with or resolving any problems.
