OneDayOnly offers are not worth it!

Order number: *** I had purchased a Studio Portable USB Multiple-mode LED Selfie and Vlogging Ring Light on Stand on the 20th of April 2020 @OneDayOnly. I wasn’t pleased with the stand, so I sent an email to their customer service stating the problem.

A few days later I received an email stating that I would receive a replacement. The replacement order I received was incomplete, I specified that the only content inside the “dented”box was the ring light, there was no stand and no cellphone holder.

I was promised that the incomplete order was going to be retrieved but the courier company never came for collection.

May I kindly ask you to help me get my refund, which is R408.00 since they cannot help me with a way forward.
