OneDayOnly not to be trusted

I ordered a few items online One was a Bluetooth alarm clock. After a week the clock malfunctioned. It kept beeping and switching off.. When i registered my complsint i was told to send images and complete a form. I did this. Then i wad asked to srnd a video.. I tecorded two short videos to whatsapp and git an acknowledgement from their Chatbot. They deny having received my videos. I caution the public not to deal with this useless merchant
