OneDayOnly not collecting returns!

I logged a return for a pair of shoes that was too small when they arrived on the 02/03/2022. It took them more than a week to respond to the logged returned. I was then contacted telephonically on Monday the 14th of March for the first time by the courier to collect the package. No one showed up. On Tuesday the 15th of March I was contacted again, and again no one showed up. Yesterday the 16th of March I was contacted by the courier company once more, once more no one showed up. This morning, 17 March, I was contacted again, guess what? YOU guessed it! NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!! If this is the service anyone can expect from OneDayOnly, this was definitly the ONLY DAY that I will support them!
