OneDayOnly - No Response - Are They a ****??

I ordered a MTB helmet and an Element hat a month ago. The helmet was the wrong colour and the hat was the wrong size to which I ordered. Ive sent them several emails with no responses. Its been over a month now with not a word from them. Honestly, the most useless company Ive ever ordered from. It feels as if Ive been ****med as there is no way to contact them.
