OneDayOnly Lousy Pathetic!!

Sone deals are reasonable and others not. But this is not my problem. I ordered 3 items from OneDayOnly and 2 items were in the package. To make things worse, they take an awful long time to deliver a product one could get from any other store. My order arrived and i was not home and then they got the neighbor to sign for the order...i did not know this until the neighbor brought me the order a few days later. The order was unopened and when i did finally open it, i found one of the items missing. I contacted OneDayOnly via the their website and logged a query and received a number. i did not hear from them for a week and decided to check the status and found that they had marked the query as SOLVED. I then amended the query and told them that the issue had not been resolved and regurgitated everything from earlier. A few days later the status was SOLVED again without anyone calling me. I resubmitted the query and am now really @%#$F angry. There is no telephone number to reach these assholes and one can get nothing resolved. I had order from them before and like i said, they take an awful long time to deliver the order, but received everything. But this time round its literally impossible to get them to respond to a simple query...send me my missing item or refund me or even just as a matter of courtesy, give me a call. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE ASSHOLES AGAIN!!! POEPLE BEWARE REFUNDS, QUERIES etc. is NON EXISTENT!!
