OneDayOnly lack of service

I have 1 word - AVOID. Bought a Google Home assist device which doesn’t work. Was asked to send photos, then video proof. When queried by me, they send this on to the supplier and await their response. I bought the item from OneDayOnly, not the supplier. It’s been weeks…still nowhere with this. OneMistakeOnly….
