Onedayonly is useless

I regularly follow Onedayonly specials and decided to buy an item from them. It was purchased 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive any feedback from them with regards to it. When tracking the item, it still says that it’s on it’s way to the warehouse. I sent them an email 3 days ago and still no response, I tried to find their support number but it seems it’s been linked to some poor lady’s cellphone which is probably receiving calls daily.

I need to know what’s happened to my purchased item and when I will receive it. Order number ********** .

Onedayonly is useless and I will never purchase off their site again.
