onedayonly is more one year only

i am so disappointing in you i have placed and order and its been 12 days past and was tolled it will be 5 to 10 days to ship. my order has not been processed yet. i have order 3 times from different company that shipped stuff from cape town and it took them 2 days to get my orders.

my co worker also orders the same order just for ladies and hers is shipped and almost delivered and they keep giving me a standard response
