OneDayOnly **********ly Poor Service

I have ordered a Berlinger Haus mixer, after sending me the wrong product and waiting for weeks for them to fix, I realise that the mixer does not work.

I logged a query on 14 July 2020 and to date have not received a response, even though I have received confirmation emails that my query has been received.

They manage to advertise new products every day but cannot answer a query about a defective product in 3 weeks!
