OneDayOnly ghosts you for a refund. Maybe they pay refunds OneDayOnly

I purchased a pair of jeans on their website. (Order number ***) When received I inspected the item and believe it is not an authentic item from Tje cavalli group as there is no authencity label usually found on these items and the cavalli group does not have any affliation with this brand anymore (class cavalli) which is no longer on their website nor affiliated as was suggested when purchased. I sent the item back in the packaging unused the very next day less than 24 hours later. OneDayOnly has said the item is now with their supplier and they will only advise on the process once the supplier provides feedback which they have not now for over a week. I have asked that they put a deadline to this as I can't wait for when the supplier feels like addressing this to get my refund. I have communicated this to OneDayOnly and since then they have stopped responding to my emails and customer service requests. Seems like they will do anything not to refund a customer. Quick and easy to buy but make the refund process a nightmare. Will request a recharge charge back from my bank as OneDayOnly refuses to engage.
