Onedayonly

I never received my order and I am told that it was delivered on the 19th July 2021. I did not receive the order and I need proof of who and where it was delivered to. I'm not a dishonest person, I bought 2 watches from OneDayOnly and now they can't tell me who it was delivered to, as I did NOT receive what I bought. I just want them to investigate properly and give me what I paid for. I feel ****** because they keep insisting it was delivered and I keep telling them that I did not receive my order. I want a proper investigation to be done and they will see that the order was not delivered to me, all I ask for good customer service.
