OneDayOnly does not respond on return of defective product and refunding!!

Bought a Worx **** eater blower combo from OneDayOnly order no: ***.

Received the blower 13 Sept 2023 but since arrival the blower was defective when testing it.

Logged a return on the same day with reference no ***. This is now 38 days later and we are still waiting for OneDayOnly to collect the product and refund us. We've logged a second return as well with no luck...

Could anyone assist us, as there is no contact details to get hold of someone.
