OneDayOnly - delivery issues

Sad that there isn't a Zero rating. I found my exoerience(s) on OneDayOnly to be very cold and disappointing. It's fine to automate things but there must be a sense of empathy especially when you and your suppliers cannot Meet deadlines. 3-10 days windows period is fine... If there's an issue, do not reach out on day 9 and 10 to say so. Order number ***

I placed an order on the 30 September with a few cold, meaningless automated apologies received now only. Why not split your orders and deliver what you have. You have greatly inconvenienced me.
