Onedayonly *****ed biz

Onedayonly sent me wrong size of very expensive boots (> R2000). Now they demand photographs of boots, photos of packaging, SKU codes, ID numbers etc etc and other proof just to consider my request for refund. They want to inconvenience customers so they will not have to refund money. Not smart of you onedayonly ! Customers will bury your business !
