Onedayonly BAD service

Bought item from them, Pargo was courier, collected but item already broken. Now after another week , packaging material will be couriered again, then I have to take it back to Pargo for return. I have paid for courier, why should I have to do 120km for their bad courier damaging product. Onedayonly will NEVER be recommended by me or friends again
