Onedayonly - bad customer service

I placed an order with Ondedayonly on the 3rd of December. According to their website, my parcel is in transit. HOWEVER, it has not even left the warehouse at onedayonly! I spoke to the couriers, and they have not been instructed to do any pickup.

They don't reply to my emails, they don't have a contact number.

I won't be ordering from them again.
