OneDayOnly awful customer service

I ordered a gel bullet gun via the site. The product arrived in an old box that had clearly been opened before (and returned i suspect). The product was meant to arrive with a 7.2v battery but arrived with a 9 6v battery for some reason. All of this I explained to OneDayOnly customer service and attached photos. I simply requested they send me the correct battery. Their response was for me to reseal the product in it's box amd have it collected. Now, the disclaimer was that the supplier could reject this if the packaging wasnt in a good condition. Are you kidding? It arrived in a bad condition. Again i simply requested the correct battery. They said they would revert but all that happened was that another customer service agent literally copy amd pasted the same reply. The product supplier i gather is Homemark.

OneDayOnly has been terriblebat listening to me and addressing my concerns. Im very disappointed in the level of customer service.
