Onedayonly are ******

I bought what are supposed to be carpets on Onedayonly.co.za but when I received them I saw they were essentially just large printed mousepads. I asked for them to be returned, now I have to pay for the delivery fee for them to be delivered and another one for them to be returned just because of false advertising. To make matters worse, I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks already. When I enquired about my follow up I get told, oh we forgot to release it.. that is just beyond ********. If I hadn't followed up they would have just ****** my money.
