Onedayonly and suppliers dont assit or give feedback. No aftersales service at all

Still waiting for any feedback, all they still say is waiting on supplier. The machines bought 25 jan 2024, 1st one broke 16 feb 2024, second one week after that. Since 16 feb 2024 they and supplier have video and photos they still cant give any feedback even after i already asked for full refund because what is the chances of 2 of the same machines to break in less than a month. Wont refer any one to buy anything at onedayonly, because not one of their suppliers can give feedback they wont send any information from supplier, so that you have direct contact. And they are absolutely useless, rather go buy at a store you can go back to. Spare yourself the pain and agony
