ONEDAYONLY AND FASTWAY COURIER - BE CAREFULL. The courier doesn't care

I bought through onedayonly and they make use of Fastway couriers. The driver phoned me and it was clear he didn't want to deliver to my address. He then left the parcel at the filling station and left town. When I tracked it, someone called Refiloe signed for it. Is it safe to buy on onedayonly if the courier they use just leave the things you bough at some random place?

Onedayonly didn't do anything wrong but they make use of a courier company that doesn't care. They have no problem losing your parcel.
