onedayonly and Fast+furious are the worst combo ever

This is the second time in a row ordering from onedayonly.co.za that i have to fight to try get my parcel. No one gets back to me on my mails. Now that they use fast+Furious couriers its worse. my package has been sitting with the couriers for over 11 days now and just needs to be dispatched but they even worse then onedayonly to try get hold of. I cant get onedayonly to give me a refund cause it dose not seem i'm going to get my package and fast + furious is with out a doubt the worse courier ever. If the companies cant handle the increase in business then they should not accept the orders.
