Onedayonly- all talk and no action

<p>I am so annoyed with the terrible service not only by Onedayonly, but with your chosen courier service too.</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed an order on the 7 December 2016 as well as two other orders after that. On Monday 9 January 2017, only my two subsequent orders arrived. I therefore tracked the first parcel and contacted UTI but was told that it had been delivered to some apartment- not even remotely close to my address. When I asked how this matter could be rectified, the response I received was from a flustered individual who had no idea what to do. I was then told that they would phone me back with a resolution. No one has phoned back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then emailed Onedayonly, and again, no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the point of a delivery charge for a company that fails to deliver? Your customer care is pathetic, and by the looks of the posts plastering this FB page, many other disgruntled customers share my sentiments. This speaks volumes regarding your service. Perhaps you should consider displaying some of these posts on your site instead of the odd compliment dug up from your archives so that other potential "customers" can be informed before they throw their money away.</p> <p> </p> <p>Instead of spending your time coming up with whimsical emails to flood our inboxes, consider spending that time towards customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you cannot rectify this matter, then refund my money. <br />#228703<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> </p>
