OneDayOnly

I received my Order on the 16th January and discovered they had sent me 2 Sets of Ouicksan Sanatisers instead of the one I had ordered (Order No. ***} and no Senza Masks - I reported it immediately and from then on it has been absolutely impossible for them rectify their mistake - I cannot even count the number of e-mails to them and then I have been asked twice to rate my experience with them! No amount of Bad has helped. OneDayOnly this is not like you.
