OneDayOnly = 2 MONTHS STRESS

I would rate them Zero Stars. Absolutely frustrated with a return process. I purchased a mattress from OneDayOnly that had a 100night sleep guarantee. This mattress was causing me backpain so I sought to return it on 7 October. Initial response was that they cannot accept the return, for which I pointed out the advert that was still present on the website. There was multiple back and forths on repackaging the for return, to which I duly comp****. Each time I had packaged it, they were unhappy and kept sending more packaging material (second hand s****s of bubble wrap and boxes). These were delivered the next day from their communications stating the issues. Mind you, there was NO guideline provided on how they wanted it packaged. This happened three times before they had said they will finally collect the mattress on 21 November. Almost 2 months later. This mattress is STILL NOT COLLECTED and my emails are now being ignored. Appalling customer service. I will NEVER purchase from them again and will spread word of this incompetency.
